Refunds
You can request a refund within 7 days of receiving your item. To begin the process, simply email us at service@xmaspajama.com
To qualify for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and still in its original packaging.
Return Process
To start your return, email us at the address provided. Once we receive your item, we’ll notify you via email, and your refund will be processed within 7 business days back to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Exchanges
Due to fluctuating stock levels, exchanges are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order and before it has shipped. We strongly recommend referring to the product-specific size charts to avoid issues. If your order hasn’t shipped and you need to change the size, email us right away with your order number and the size you'd like to change.
After an order has shipped, size changes are no longer possible, and any requests will need to follow our refund policy. Please note, exchange requests may not include free return shipping.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it ships. Cancellations may incur a fee of 8-15% of the order total. If your order has already shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible.
Please note that after shipping, there may be a delay in tracking updates due to the logistics process.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed. If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you haven’t received it, it may have been stolen. Please contact your local post office for assistance. If you need further help with tracking information, feel free to contact us.
